SAKAYA

I am always honored and happy to make birthday cakes for my friends children. This one was created for the eldest of a close friend whose birthday is in the height of summer when the echinacae are in full bloom and is her favorite flower. I believe this was chocolate on the inside with a raspberry buttercream.
Simple but still special.
