Ashley and Eric were married at the breathtaking Castle Hill Cidery. Their autumn wedding day was perfect and the use of red and purple was stunning.
Their cake was Chocolate Chiffon Layers filled with Raspberry Curd and iced with Mocha Buttercream.
They also had a sheet cake to be cut in the back that was Vanilla Butter Cake filled with Fresh Pumpkin Mousse and iced with White Chocolate Buttercream.
The best part was getting to work closely with Mary Murray, mother of the groom, who worked with me to design my logo and brochures-which I love!
She is a fabulous graphic designer and a talented painter as well.
Thank you, Mary, for giving Cakes by Rachel its look and many blessings to Eric and Ashley on your life together.
